As 2021 slips out the backdoor, and we are ready to jump into NEW, I find it to be extremely powerful to honor ourselves for what we accomplished, what challenges we overcame and who became this past year. Today I will walk you through a simple practice of honoring yourself. In our next episode we will be able to look ahead into 2022 with more gratitude and clean energy if we can take the time to honor 2021.
