Let there be hope. Even in a time of despair, uncertainty, fear, and illness- let there be hope. Hope for healing. Hope for love. Hope for connection, inspiration, and healing. This episode is that; a message of hope and light. Let there be peace that settles upon you as you listen today. Sending prayers out to each and everyone one of you. I am also giving you one of my best tools, "The Shielding Practice." This is something I do every morning to clean and clear my energy while also protecting and infusing myself with light.
